Greetings,

In 1985, I had a vision to create a company to provide affordable consulting services to the public sector.  We have since grown to be a national leader in a variety of management consulting fields and provide a wide range of products and services which includes Records Retention Management, Capital Asset Inventories, Historical Cost Research, Fixed Asset Management Programs (FAMP), and Property Appraisals.

First was Records Consultants, Inc., which was formed to assist  state and local governments in implementing an effective on-site Records Retention Program .

Then  RCI Technologies, Inc. was formed to provide  an effective and user friendly asset management program to manage and track fixed assets.  It was my goal to distinguish our firm  in the market place by providing  a complete turn-key inventory management system with unmatched customer support.  Our system and service was designed specifically to assist state and local governments with the capital asset reporting and depreciation requirements of GASB Statement 34.  We provide on-going system support, historical cost research, and annual re-inventory services.

Finally, RCI Appraisal Company was formed to provide property appraisal services to the risk management and property insurance community.  Our property appraisal services have been designed to ensure our clients have accurate, consistent, and supportable replacement values for insurance placement.  Our team of professionals have served the property appraisals needs of the public sector for more than 20 years.  Our team has experience appraising a vast range of governmental and commercial properties throughout the United States .  The RCI team is active participants in the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and actively involved in associations such as the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRIP), the University Risk Management and Insurance Association, and the national and local chapters of the Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA).

As we continue to grow our main goal of providing  prompt , courteous, and reliable service remains the same.
